EPH 2:10b
"...so that we can do the good things
he planned for us."
These words stretch our minds
from God creating us as his masterpiece
to us in the present day.
Right now we should be about
"the good things God has planned for us."

The reality for me in the last 86 years,
is that God has had his hands on me,
not because I am important,
but to fulfil his plans and purposes
in my life.

Is it any wonder that we "stand amazed",
that the living word of God
should penetrate our minds and hearts
with this knowledge right now
so that he can do the good things
he planned for us?

Whether we are young,
in middle life or old aged,
these words apply to us all.
Yes, he has a plan for us
that stretches right on into eternity.
These words are relevant
in God's time
and in our human time.
Whatever circumstances
we find ourselves in at this time
"we can do the good things he
planned for us".
