SEEDS FOR HARVESTING 7-23

Romans 12:2
"You will know how good and pleasing
and perfect His will really is."(NLT)

In the business of each day
how seldom do we set out to intentionally do God's will?
Often we do not set out to do God's will
because we are not always sure
just what is God's will for us.

None of us can be certain of God's will
until we walk and talk with Jesus.
In other words we can only
be certain of God's will
when we are honestly committed in heart and mind
to respond to the voice of Jesus
through the Living Word of God.

We must also be completely convinced that his will is
"good and pleasing and perfect" for us.
After all nobody knows our future
better than God our father does.

When Jesus says to us
"Come to me...and I will give you rest"
that rest only becomes real when we are sure we can rest
in God's perfect will for us.

He should get exasperated with us because
we so often don't commit our future to his will.
His will is perfected through his giving love in us.

The Living Word says to us
"He is ready to hear those who...do His will".
