SEEDS FOR HARVESTING 5/7
Psalm 32:7
"You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from trouble and surround me
with songs of deliverance."
Do we believe that God protects us from Satan?
We should firmly believe that He can.
For we must agree with Peter when he spoke about Jesus,
"Lord, where shall we go?
You have the words of Eternal Life."
For me, God's love takes on a physical form.
It is like a cocoon that completely surrounds me
and protects me.
So the next words make sense for me;
"You will protect me from all trouble."
God does not war against Satan.
He does not have to, because Satan has already been defeated,
nd cast out of God's presence forever.
So all God has to do is to provide us with His protection.
He does this through His love.
He then "surrounds me with songs of victory."
Have you ever imagined God singing to you?
He does when the Holy Spirit turns the words of the Bible
into the Living Word, then He sings "songs of victory".
When He surrounds and protects us with His love
He sings us His "songs of victory."
When we feel the overwhelming pressure of the world,
then He sings us His "songs of victory."
This is God Himself communicating with us
in His Godly way.
